Terms and Conditions of Acceptance of Recorded Material1) The client will be required to sign a declaration agreeing to a copy being by made Heritage Recording Services UK solely for preservation purposes and that all legislation or relevant permissions for this to occur have been met.
2) Before copying can begin Heritage Recording Services will explore the recordings status with the client and help where possible to ensure all interests are catered for appropriately.
3) That the client agrees for the material to be dealt with in batches minimising risk to the material in transit and during copying.
